How We Work

01

Requirements Collection

We clarify project goals, objectives, and scope. If initial requirements are incomplete, we help collect all necessary information to ensure nothing is missed before moving forward.
02

Technical Specifications Drafting

Our CTO analyzes your requirements, identifies technical constraints, and produces a preliminary specification that supports the following estimation and proposed development workflow.
03

Timeline and Cost Estimation

Our tech leads decompose the scope into system components and estimate hours across the stack. Based on this breakdown, we define the execution plan, stage deliverables, and pricing model — Fixed-Price for clear requirements, or Time and Material for evolving scope.
04

Development

The team moves into active development based on the approved plan, building and integrating all scoped components in parallel. Work follows the agreed workflow and milestones, with regular checkpoints to keep progress aligned with requirements.
05

Testing and Validation

The system is deployed to a testnet environment, where all components are tested against the technical specifications and expected scenarios. A testnet version is delivered for your team to review, validate behavior, and confirm alignment before mainnet deployment.
06

Mainnet deployment

After testnet validation, the system is deployed to mainnet following the agreed release plan. We handle production configuration, final checks, and hand over the deployed system along with documentation and ongoing support terms, if required.
